Sinthu Sinnadurai joins Longitude Cell & Gene Therapy (CGT) as President, where he is responsible for the organization’s strategic direction, business growth, and commercialization of innovative solutions for cell and gene therapy programs. He is a nationally recognized healthcare executive and entrepreneur with extensive experience building and commercializing innovative healthcare businesses. His expertise spans cell and gene therapy, specialty pharmacy, payer strategy, market access, the 340B program, and healthcare technology.

Previously, Sinthu served as President of InScript, a company of Beth Israel Lahey Health, where he led the launch of a full-service pharmacy benefit management (PBM) organization serving employer groups and health plans. He also developed innovative pharmacy technology platforms, including a 340B claims qualification engine and a rare disease patient identification solution, while leading payer contracting, manufacturer partnerships, and commercial strategy.

Prior to Beth Israel Lahey Health, Sinthu served as Director of Business Operations and Strategic Initiatives at Stanford Health Care, where he provided strategic leadership for a $1.2 billion pharmacy portfolio encompassing specialty pharmacy, ambulatory pharmacy, pharmacy supply chain, and the 340B program. He also played a key leadership role in developing Stanford Health Care’s Cell & Gene Therapy program, establishing the operational, financial, and business infrastructure necessary to support the delivery of complex advanced therapies.

Sinthu earned his Master of Health Administration (MHA) from Cornell University, Bachelor of Health Sciences from the University of Ottawa, and completed his Administrative Fellowship at Stanford Health Care.
