LONGITUDE FX
Transforming health system contact centers
ABOUT LONGITUDE FX
Health systems today are under pressure from every direction. Labor costs continue to rise, workflows are fragmented across departments, and performance can vary widely depending on where and how care is accessed. What should feel like a coordinated system often operates as a collection of disconnected parts.
Longitude FX (LFX) was created in response to that reality—not as another external solution layered on top, but as a platform designed by health systems to solve these challenges from within.
- Built by health systems, for health systems
- Designed to turn operational complexity into a strategic asset
- Focused on efficiency, experience, and long-term control
A New Operating Model for Healthcare
At its core, LFX reimagines operations as a shared strategic asset. Instead of each system working independently to solve the same problems, LFX brings together:
- Shared services that reduce duplication and create scale
- Intelligent workflow automation that standardizes execution
- AI-driven contact center capabilities that improve access and responsiveness
All while preserving control over:
- Data
- Workflows
- Strategic roadmap and decision-making
From Fragmentation to an Agentic Platform
Most health systems are still early in their automation journey—creating a significant opportunity to leap forward.
LFX introduces a unified, agentic infrastructure that doesn’t just digitize work, but transforms it.
It begins with the contact center:
- AI agents handle and deflect routine interactions
- Human agents are augmented with real-time intelligence
- Work shifts from headcount-heavy models to scalable automation
This shift delivers:
- Lower operating costs
- Faster patient access
- Improved revenue capture
How LFX Creates Value
Margin Expansion
- AI agents deflect calls and assist live agents
- Centralized workflows reduce redundancy
- Flexible workforce models create operating leverage
Revenue Lift
- Improved scheduling and routing reduce patient leakage
- Stronger care coordination keeps patients in-network
- Closed-loop workflows increase conversion and completion rates
Member Control
- Full ownership of data, workflows, and strategy
- Pricing aligned to performance improvement—not value extraction
- No vendor lock-in
The Platform
LFX functions as a shared, agentic infrastructure layer purpose-built for health systems. Core components include:
- Healthcare data model
- Standard integrations
- Knowledge base
- AI agent marketplace
- Workflow design library
The contact center is just the starting point. Over time, LFX expands to support:
- Revenue cycle management
- Finance and accounting
- Human resources
- IT and procurement
- Other workflow-intensive operations
Why It Matters
What emerges is more than a solution—it’s a shared operating foundation. Members benefit from:
- Collective scale and cost efficiency
- Shared learning across participating systems
- Continuous innovation through an open platform
- Increasing value over time
Transform Operations with LFX
Turn fragmented operations into a shared strategic advantage.
