  • Vishal Agrawal, MD

    Chief Executive Officer, Longitude Health

    Named by Modern Healthcare as one of the top 10 executives to watch in 2026, Vishal is a visionary and influential leader in the healthcare industry. He has more than 25 years of experience across healthcare strategy, operations, and investment — spanning payors, providers, health IT, and private equity. Before joining Longitude Health, he was Chief Strategy and Corporate Development Officer at Humana for nearly seven years, where he shaped enterprise strategy across one of the country's largest health insurers. Prior to Humana, he was Senior Advisor at The Carlyle Group, President and Chief Growth Officer at Ciox Health, and President of Healthcare Solutions at Harris Corporation. He spent a decade as a Partner at McKinsey & Company, where he led work across the Healthcare Payors & Providers and Private Equity practices. A physician by training, he holds an M.D. from Yale School of Medicine and a B.S./M.S. in Molecular Biochemistry and Biophysics from Yale University, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa.

    Chief Financial Officer, Longitude Health

    Joined Longitude Health from Novant Health — a $12 billion health system in the Southeast — where he served as SVP & Growth Officer and represented Novant in the creation and governance of Longitude Health. Brings nearly 15 years of healthcare investment banking experience prior to his health system roles, advising leading health systems on mergers, acquisitions, and capital markets transactions.     Chief Marketing & Communications Officer, Longitude Health

    Leads marketing and communications for Longitude Health with 20+ years building those functions for healthcare, health IT, and complex services organizations. Previously VP of Public Relations and External Communications at Maximus, and VP-level roles at Cerner, Ciox Health, and Harris Healthcare Solutions; earlier career spans federal government including the Department of Commerce, SBA, and Peace Corps in the Clinton Administration. A four-time WashingtonExec Top 25 Communications and Marketing Executives honoree and author of Hard Talk (2023); MBA and B.A., American University; Executive Education Certificate, Harvard Kennedy School.

  • Lauren Bruno

    Vice President & Chief of Staff, Longitude Health

    Drives operational efficiency and leads new membership efforts at Longitude Health. Previously VP in the Not-for-Profit Healthcare Banking Group at J.P. Morgan, and nearly a decade at Citigroup — advising health systems including Yale New Haven Health, Ochsner, and Inova on more than $25 billion in bond financings and strategic transactions.   • Noor Nahavandi

    Vice President, Longitude Health

    Leads portfolio strategy and development of new ventures at Longitude Health. Previously Senior Director at The Health Management Academy's Strategic Partnership Alliance, where he worked closely with 25 major health systems — including Providence, Baylor Scott & White, Novant, Memorial Hermann, and Michigan Medicine — and led diligence efforts shaping more than $200 million in healthcare investments, including the formation of Truveta; earlier a strategy consultant in Deloitte's M&A practice.   • Jigar Thakkar, PharmD, FACHE

    Chief Executive Officer, Longitude Rx

    Built a specialty pharmacy program at OU Health from $0 to $470 million in annual revenue — generating a $200 million contribution margin impact — before joining Longitude Rx; previously Managing Director at FTI Consulting, where he served as U.S. lead for pharmacy services. Brings deep expertise in 340B program advisory and serves on the hospital advisory board of Cencora.   • Jim Lester

    Chief Executive Officer, Longitude FX

    Leads Longitude FX with a career at the intersection of healthcare, fintech, and AI — focused on revenue cycle, patient financial experience, and operational automation. Previously President and COO of BitPay, Chief Product Officer at Fiserv overseeing a $425M SaaS billing and payments portfolio, and CEO of ThingTech, which he led through acquisition.   • Colin Drylie

    Chief Operating Officer, Longitude FX

    Brings 20 years of enterprise strategy, digital transformation, and agile operations experience to Longitude FX. Previously SVP of Experience Transformation at Humana, where he managed a $100M+ capital project portfolio and led digitally-enabled customer journey delivery; earlier roles at Monitor Group and Doblin (now Deloitte Consulting).   • Thad Wolfram

    Chief Executive Officer, Longitude CTS

    Brings more than 20 years of clinical trials, healthcare, and pharmaceutical industry experience to Longitude CTS. Previously Chief Strategy Officer at PCM, President of EmVenio Research, and Executive Director of Corporate Strategy at PPD, with earlier roles at EY and PA Consulting.   • Sinthu Sinnadurai

    President, Longitude CGT

    Leads Longitude CGT with deep experience building pharmacy programs and technology solutions at leading health systems. Previously President of InScript at Beth Israel Lahey Health, where he launched a full-service PBM; earlier led a $1.2 billion pharmacy portfolio at Stanford Health Care and helped establish one of the nation's leading cell and gene therapy programs.   • Snehal Patel, MD

    Executive-in-Residence, Longitude MD

    A physician, lawyer, and investor with a career building and scaling healthcare businesses across telehealth, digital health, and insurance. Managing Director of Saena Partners; previously led healthcare investment strategy at the ~$5B Clermont Group and co-founded multiple ventures including MyDoc (acquired 2023); a member of the Council on Foreign Relations and began his career at Cravath, Swaine & Moore.
