Longitude Health Appoints Brett Moraski as Interim Chief Executive Officer
Founding executive to lead Longitude Health and continue driving growth strategy
[Jan. 23, 2025] – Longitude Health today announced that Brett Moraski, the company’s current chief financial officer, has been named interim chief executive officer. Moraski will provide valuable leadership for the Longitude Health Members and initiatives during the transition period following the passing of founding CEO Paul Mango.
Moraski was appointed by the Longitude Health Board of Managers for his deep understanding of the organization’s core initiatives and his significant contributions alongside Mango in the shaping of its mission. In the interim role, Moraski will continue to guide the organization forward including oversight of Longitude PHM (population health management), Longitude Rx (specialty pharmacy services), Longitude CX (consumer payments), and other initiatives to come, advancing its strategic priorities and membership growth.

Brett Moraski has served as the Longitude Health Chief Financial Officer since its founding and is a seasoned leader in healthcare. Brett most recently was an executive advisor and founding managing partner at SEMCAP Health where he invested in high-growth, tech-enabled healthcare companies serving health systems and health plans. Brett also previously served in roles as an operating partner, executive-in-residence and senior advisor at Frazier Healthcare, chief strategy officer for Matrix Medical Network, senior operating advisor at LLR Partners, corporate vice president of transformation at WellPoint (now Elevance Health), and senior vice president of corporate strategy and development at Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield. He has served as a board member for numerous healthcare service and technology companies. Brett holds an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.A. from the University of Notre Dame.
